Incredible oceanfront view. The night staff truly excelled; they were welcoming and professional. A commendable employee at the front desk deserves recognition. We even received help from housekeeping when my girlfriend left her phone behind. the breakfast fell short and lacked variety. The pool's condition was disappointing, especially for my children. Maintenance issues plagued our experience: malfunctioning doors, loose outlets, and unreliable elevators. Despite these setbacks, the location is clean, convenient, and reasonably priced. This hotel can meet basic needs for a budget stay, but significant improvements in cleanliness and amenities are essential for a better experience.

The location is unbeatable, right on the beach with soothing ocean sounds, but that’s where the positives end. I encountered a severe bed bug infestation in room 306 and a complete lack of manager availability. The front desk was unhelpful and didn't even know where the laundry facilities were. My kids ended up at a doctor's office due to bites all over their bodies. The room was outdated, and the bathroom was cramped, adding to the discomfort. It turned what should have been a fun vacation into a distressing experience for my family.

Being right on the beach made my morning strolls so enjoyable, and I loved that I could walk to countless shops and restaurants just a few steps away; highlights included Neptune's Park, the Norwegian Lady Statue, and Ocean 27, all within a short walk of around 500 meters! The hotel itself had a comfy king-sized bed and fantastic ocean views that exceeded my expectations. while the breakfast options were a bit lacking, I still found the overall experience delightful.

The bathroom situation was a nightmare! The cramped space felt like a trap; I struggled to shut the door and barely had room to move. It was so uncomfortable that I had to keep the door wide open just to breathe.

The location is unreal! With beach access right off the boardwalk, we soaked in those ocean vibes every day. The staff treated us like family, and the indoor and outdoor pools were a splash of joy!

The room’s location was fantastic, with a balcony view of the ocean. Unfortunately, the comfort was hampered by some maintenance issues. The bed was comfortable. the bathroom fell short with dirt in the corners and outdated fixtures. Temperature control was inconsistent, and the shower had a broken head. The curtains were off their rod, and the balcony door was difficult to operate. While housekeeping was lacking, we appreciated the convenient access to nearby shops and great food downstairs. The noise from the street below was noticeable, especially with people hanging out outside.

The hotel had some good and not-so-great aspects. First off, the heating and air conditioning in our room were a bit off. It was hard to get the temperature just right, and at times it felt a bit stuffy. On the upside, they had a nice terrace overlooking the ocean, which was a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. the patio furniture was a bit worn out and could use some updating. I was a bit disappointed that there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room. It would have been nice to have a hot beverage in the morning without having to go downstairs. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, but the selection was pretty basic. It would have been nice to have some higher quality products available. One thing that stood out was the lack of an AM/FM alarm clock in the room. It's a small detail, but it would have been helpful to have one available. The flat-screen TV in the room was a good size, but the channel selection was limited. It would have been nice to have more options for entertainment. I also found the laundry facilities to be a bit lacking. The machines were dated and not all of them were working properly. they did offer a happy hour at the hotel bar, which was a nice way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. my stay at the Ramada Plaza had its ups and downs.

My friends and I had a blast staying at a hotel near the beach and boardwalk in Virginia Beach! We hit up the East Coast Surfing Championship and had a rad time at Ocean Breeze Waterpark. The location was so convenient for all the cool events and attractions!
We wished the hotel had a more happening nightlife scene with DJ parties or a chill rooftop bar for the young crowd like us! .

The room had a balcony and was conveniently close to everything - shops, restaurants, and the beach. Staff were friendly and receptive, addressing any issues promptly. The hotel had a small arcade with classic games, adding a touch of nostalgia to the stay.
Some maintenance issues were present such as an older building, noisy neighbors, and occasional smell of weed in the elevator. Housekeeping could improve as the carpet hadn't been vacuumed and cleanliness in the bathroom was lacking, which led to some discomfort during the stay.

I felt like a VIP at the A restaurant with a boardwalk café, enjoyed outdoor activities, and loved the ocean view fitness center. It was great threading my way through the ice cream shop to the arcade room!
I always enjoy finding surprises in my hotel room! .

Had a great view from the balcony overlooking the beach, perfect for relaxing. The room was clean and comfy, making it a pleasant place to unwind after a day out. The location was ideal, right by the beach and boardwalk, offering easy access to the sandy shores and vibrant atmosphere.
Elevators and facilities need updating, showing signs of wear and tear. The cleanliness of the elevators was lacking.

Our stay at this beachfront hotel was absolutely amazing! The view from our beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean was unbeatable, and we even got to watch dolphins swimming just off shore. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were delighted with the fast Wi-Fi and the flat-screen TVs. the rooms were very clean and comfy. the location was perfect - close to shopping and restaurants. the staff - especially aliya - were super friendly and helpful. loved the beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean.

we had a good stay at Ramada. the bed was comfortable with lots of pillows, the location was excellent, and the indoor pool was pleasant. the staff was amazing and very helpful. we were able to check in early and had a wonderful time. the front desk clerk was accommodating, allowing us to park in the parking deck after we checked out so we didn't have to pay for additional parking.
